By accessing or using Campus Connect ("the Platform," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including students, staff, and administrators.

You retain ownership of the content you post on Campus Connect. By posting content, you grant Campus Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent that you have the rights to any content you post and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Campus Connect uses AI tools including content moderation, sentiment analysis, friend recommendations, and CV generation. AI-generated outputs (such as CVs) are provided as a convenience and should be reviewed carefully before use. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
We use automated AI moderation and human review to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy. Posts flagged as toxic, abusive, or violating these terms may be removed without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
Your use of Campus Connect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Campus Connect may integrate with third-party services (Google, Naver, Kakao for authentication; Supabase for data storage; Hugging Face for AI models). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Campus Connect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for user-generated content posted by other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campus Connect and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may revise these Terms periodically. We will notify you at least 7 days before material changes take effect via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating institution is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
